When our leadership team requested a foundational training to introduce a new project management approach that balances structure with flexibility, I collaborated closely with subject matter experts across IT, Change Management, and Business Analysis to create this engaging and informative e-learning course.
This training introduces learners to the Structured Iterative Methodology—a hybrid framework that blends Waterfall’s sequential discipline with Agile’s adaptability. Using interactive elements, real-world examples, and scenario-based activities, the course guides learners through each phase of the project lifecycle, from intake to closeout, empowering them with practical tools and shared language to manage projects more effectively at UniFirst.
