DESCRIPTION

When my client asked for an interactive training to describe the process for building positive customer relationships within Accounts Receivable, I worked with senior managers and stakeholders in our Billing and Accounting department to create a compelling e-learning module to address this objective.

This training takes a scenario-based approach to showing how constructive relationships are nurtured and developed in Accounts Receivable.
